For Chicago home services
Your reviews get answered — in your voice — within 24 hours.
Trustword is an AI agent for plumbers, HVAC techs, roofers, and electricians. It drafts replies the way you would across Google, Yelp, Angi, Nextdoor, and Facebook — posts on Google when connected, ready-to-paste drafts elsewhere — flags the tough ones, and emails you a weekly digest. You stay in control.
We’ll reply to your last 10 unanswered Google reviews free. Plans from $49/month. Cancel anytime.
Unanswered reviews quietly cost you work.
When a homeowner scans your Google listing, silence says a lot. Open questions go unanswered. Negatives sit there. Good reviews get no thanks. That hurts trust — and over time, it can hurt how you show up in local search.
A polite reply shows you care. No reply leaves people guessing — especially after a rough review.
Google favors active listings. Responding regularly is one of the simplest habits that supports local visibility.
Between trucks, invoices, and callbacks, sitting down to write review replies rarely makes the cut.
Why replying matters
The research is clear: customers notice when you answer.
Hotels that started replying to reviews got 12% more reviews and gained an average of 0.12 stars.1
80% of consumers say they're more likely to use a business that responds to every review.2
89% of consumers expect business owners to reply to reviews, and 81% expect a reply within a week.2
42% of consumers are unlikely to use a business that ignores its reviews.2
Half of consumers are put off by generic, templated replies. That's why we answer every review personally.2
Google says replying to reviews "shows that you value their feedback" and helps your business stand out.3
How it works
Three steps. Connect once, then Trustword handles the rest — with you in the loop on anything that needs a human.

-
2
Pick your reply mode

What a reply can look like
Illustrative example — not a real customerHere’s the kind of reply Trustword drafts — warm, specific, and in a trades-friendly voice. Your real replies will reflect your business and how you talk.
Sample Google review
“Came out same day for a water heater that wouldn’t stay lit. Fixed it and explained what went wrong. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the wait for parts took an extra day.”

Sample Trustword reply
Jordan — thanks for the honest note. Glad we got out same day and got your heater holding a flame again. You’re right that the part wait added a day; we should’ve set clearer expectations there. Appreciate you sticking with us, and if anything else crops up, call the shop — we’ll take care of it.

Google, Yelp, Angi, Nextdoor & Facebook
One inbox for the places homeowners leave feedback. How we handle each platform matches what their APIs actually allow.
Auto-post
Connect Google Business Profile. Once API access is approved, Trustword can post replies for you — still with owner alerts on the tough ones and a weekly digest.
Draft & paste
Yelp, Angi, Nextdoor & Facebook
We draft a reply in your voice, tuned for that site (e.g. short Yelp public comments, no incentive language). You get a Copy reply block and an Open on … link to the review or owner-response page — paste in one tap.
- Yelp
Short public comments. Paste from the digest or paste a review into Trustword to draft.
- Angi
No public reviews API — forward the notification or paste the review; we draft the response.
- Nextdoor
Neighbor recommendations: copy-ready reply plus a link to your business page.
- Facebook
Page recommendations get a ready-to-paste draft and a link back to your Page.
FAQ
- Do you support Yelp, Angi, Nextdoor, and Facebook?
- Yes — as draft-and-paste. Google can auto-post once your Business Profile API access is approved. For Yelp, Angi, Nextdoor, and Facebook we draft a reply in your voice (with platform-specific tweaks, like short Yelp comments and no incentive language), then give you a one-tap Copy reply block and an Open on … link to paste it on the site. You can also paste a review into Trustword when a notification arrives.
- Will the replies sound like me?
- That’s the goal. We learn from your past replies and any samples you share — short, plain, and trades-friendly — not corporate fluff. You can adjust tone anytime.
- What happens with a really bad review?
- We can draft a calm reply and we always flag negative reviews to you so you’re not blindsided. If you prefer to handle certain ones yourself, just say so.
- How do I connect?
- Through Google Business Profile — the same account you already use to manage your listing. We request only what’s needed to post review replies.
- Who is this for?
- We’re starting with Chicago home services: plumbers, HVAC, roofers, electricians, and similar local trades. If you’re outside that, reach out — we may still be a fit as we grow.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Monthly plans (Starter $49, Pro $99, Unlimited $199), cancel anytime. No long contracts.
- What’s the free offer?
- We’ll reply to your last 10 unanswered Google reviews free so you can see the quality before you subscribe.
